Which finish should I choose?

Gloss provides bright colour and a clear easy-clean surface. Matte reduces glare and fingerprints. Soft-touch adds a velvety premium feel, while anti-scratch film is suited to covers exposed to frequent handling.

Can you laminate old or damaged items?

Some can be processed, but creases, tears, moisture, loose ink and existing damage may remain visible or affect the finish. Share photographs before ordering valuable or delicate items.

How should I pack my items?

Remove staples and clips, keep the items dry, place them flat between rigid boards and use an outer waterproof layer. Do not fold certificates, photos or sheets.

How long does processing take?

Most standard orders are processed in approximately 2–4 working days after the items reach our studio. Bulk, delicate or customised orders can require additional time.

Can lamination be removed?

Lamination should be treated as permanent. Attempting removal can damage paper, print, coatings or binding.

Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes. Schools, colleges, libraries, offices, restaurants and other organisations can request a custom quotation.

How will my order be returned?

Finished items are inspected, protectively packed and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Tracking is shared when the carrier provides it.
