By visiting this store, requesting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Service Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the store or place an order.

Products and customised services

Our listed products represent lamination packages and related finishing work performed on customer-supplied materials. Images are illustrative. Dimensions, edge allowances, colour appearance, surface texture and results can vary according to the original item, selected film and production requirements.

Orders and specifications

You are responsible for selecting the correct size, finish, quantity and package, supplying accurate contact and delivery details and following packing instructions. An order may be paused if an item differs from the purchased specification. Additional work, materials, pickup or delivery require your approval and payment where applicable.

Customer-supplied materials

You confirm that you own or are authorised to submit all items and content. Items must be legal, safe, clean, dry and suitable for handling. Do not send prohibited, hazardous or unlawfully reproduced material. Rare, valuable, irreplaceable, previously damaged or unusually delicate items must be disclosed before ordering.

Permanent process and material risk

Lamination is intended to be permanent. Paper, photographs, ink, toner, coatings, adhesives, binding, age, moisture and previous damage can react differently to heat, pressure and film. Pre-existing defects may remain visible. By authorising work, you accept reasonable material risks that cannot be identified through ordinary inspection.

Pricing, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST, delivery and approved additional charges may apply. Payment must be completed through the available checkout method or agreed quotation terms. We may correct genuine pricing or listing errors before production and offer cancellation if you do not accept the correction.

Turnaround, delivery and inspection

Processing and delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur because of item condition, order volume, material availability, carriers, weather, holidays or events outside our reasonable control. Inspect the delivery promptly and report damage or a service concern within 48 hours with the order number, packaging photographs and clear images of the affected item.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Customised work cannot normally be cancelled after production begins, reversed, returned or exchanged. Eligible concerns are reviewed under the Returns & Service Policy and applicable consumer law. Do not send an item back without written instructions.

Intellectual property

The store design, branding, original text, graphics and other content belong to Rajvi Enterprise or their respective owners. They may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to an affected order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by inaccurate specifications, unsuitable customer-supplied materials, inadequate inbound packing or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory law, courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat will have jurisdiction.
