Made-to-order service

Lamination is a customised and permanent service performed on customer-supplied items. Once processing has started, the service cannot normally be cancelled, reversed, returned or exchanged.

Before production

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. If the items have not entered production, we will review the request and confirm any applicable charges.

Quality concerns

If you believe the delivered work does not match the confirmed service, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the concern, photographs of the packaging and clear images of the affected item.

Transit damage

Keep all packaging and provide photographs. Claims are reviewed based on the evidence available and the carrier’s process.

Customer-supplied materials

Paper, ink, toner, coatings, adhesives, binding, age and previous damage can react differently during lamination. Pre-existing defects and inherent material reactions are not manufacturing faults. Rare, valuable or irreplaceable items should be discussed with us before ordering.
