Sending items to our studio
After checkout, we provide the shipping or eligible pickup instructions. Customers are responsible for packing items safely and using a reliable trackable service when sending them to us.
Processing time
Standard orders are generally processed within 2–4 working days after receipt and inspection. Larger batches, unusual sizes, delicate materials or custom requirements may take longer.
Return delivery
Delivery charges and available services depend on package size, weight and destination. Estimated transit time begins after processing is complete and does not include carrier delays, public holidays or service disruptions.
Packaging
We use protective wrapping and suitable outer packaging based on the finished items. Please ensure the delivery address and phone number entered at checkout are complete and accurate.
Damage or delivery issues
Photograph the package before opening if it appears damaged. Report a delivery problem within 48 hours of receipt at sales@rajvienterprises.in, including the order number and clear photographs.
